Salute, This picket action is the 108th and because Brand Mizuno does not have representative office in Indonesia, so we came to the embassy of Japanes in Jakarta-Indonesia and this time is the seventh time for the 1300 PT. Panarub Dwikarya Labors who produce Adidas and Mizuno foot wear, came into the embassy of Japanese in Jakarta-Indonesia. In other hand the Japanese government also as a aprty who get benefit from 1300 labors of PT. Panarub Dwikarya sweats trough Mizuno who pays their taxes, thats why the Japanese embassy in Jakarta-Indonesia should take responsibility to resolving the case.
Of the six times the PDK labor action is seen that the Japanese Embassy is not concerned with the fate of the 1300 workers. And as long as Mizuno produced at PT. Panarub Dwikarya and now in PT. Panarub Cikupa, it was clear that the benefit / profit becomes priority than the fate of the 1300 workers who have given a great advantage.
Is the practice of contract labor and outsourcing, never run the sectoral wages, poor working conditions because never run K3, verbal and physical violence to the workers and the insurmountable barrier of association activity, became the background of the workers of PT Panarub Dwikarya did action in July 2012. Where the violation is still practiced in PT Panarub Dwikarya Cikupa.

In fact in their email dated 12 January 2012 which was signed by a Yasushi Takahashi as Mizuno representative, states that Mizuno is not respond to the KOMNASHAM recommendations. Obviously that Mizuno had defiled the dignity of the nation of Indonesia.
Today, 09 February 2016 which the 108th picket action of the 1300 PT. Panarub Dwikarya labors, also going to take action to the Ministry of Foreign Affair of Indonesian, the aim is to follow up the meeting on October 2015.
